Repair or Replace Guarantee: If we cannot repair a covered product, we will replace it with a product of like features and functionality. Replacement units may be new or rebuilt and will always include a manufacturer's warranty. When a product is replaced, the contract is fulfilled and a new plan can be sold on the customer's new replacement product.

Surge Protection: Coverage begins day one in the absence of any other insurance coverage. If your product is damaged as a result of a power surge, we will service your product in accordance with the terms herein.

No Lemon Guarantee: If a fourth repair is required for the same problem within the term of the plan, the covered product will be replaced with a product of like and kind quality.
