Now What...

If your bed is truly a warranty problem:

You will receive instructions as to how you can obtain your replacement model. You will be invited back into the store for assistance in selecting a new mattress. You may also choose at that time to upgrade your bed in which case you will only pay the difference between the two models.

Remember, as is stated in the warranty, if service is performed on your product, the COST SHIPPING AND HANDELING FOR THAT SERVICE IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSUMER. You can bring the bed back to Colder's and pick up your new one at no additional cost. If you choose to use Colder's delivery service, it will cost you a minimum of $69.99 plus tax to have your bed switched out. All returned beds must be absolutely stain free. Any bed returned with stains of any nature will not be allowed back in and your warranty is null and void.

If your claim is found to not be a warranty problem:

If your bed is found to not have a valid manufacturers defect, the letter will state why you were turned down. Again, it follows the warranty card guidelines.
