Machele @ Colder’s was the Best to work with! She is knowledgeable & efficient. She is a good balance of being helpful but not smothering. We had to do some emailing back-and-forth and she was very attentive. We purchased a bedroom set that was actually discontinued the only piece in the store was one dresser. I loved the style of that dresser and asked if they were more pieces. Michelle was able to find us the rest of the set at other stores. So excited for our delivery to come next week.

The scheduled delivery not only comes on time, but you receive regular updates and can even sign in and watch the truck make each stop on its way to you! When our dryer arrived today it was installed by Justin & Ryan. Two very professional top notch guys. They took the time to ensure it would be level in a basement that is anything but level. Colder's is really lucky to have these two on their team and we appreciate the top notch customer experience from walking in the store thru installation!
