We would like to make your shopping experience on our website and in our stores an enjoyable one. Please read through our policy information carefully.

Errors and Omissions While every effort is made to ensure that the information on this website is correct and current, we are not responsible for errors and/or omissions. There may be occurrences when information on our website or in our catalog may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may pertain to product pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct and/or update any content on this website without notice (including after you have submitted your order).

MSRP is not considered when pricing product.

Pricing on our Website Please contact us for most accurate pricing. We have taken great care to provide you with information that is accurate and useful. Please notify us if you find an error and we will do our best to correct it. We ask that you contact us directly or visit our stores to confirm information about pricing, color, features, dimensions, availability and special order lead times.

Financed Orders All finance orders require a minimum deposit to cover services and applicable taxes and are subject to credit approval prior to order processing. All financial paperwork must be completed and signed by the customer 48 hours before delivery date. Special Orders cannot be financed.

Special Orders and Back Orders
Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates, Not guaranteed.

Colder's defines a Special ordered as the following:

  • An item not displayed in our stores and not stocked by Colder's
  • An item on display in one color, but available in other colors, sizes , or finishes

Special ordered merchandise cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. A 100% non-refundable deposit is required on all special order merchandise. When your merchandise arrives in our Distribution Center, please arrange for pick-up or schedule a delivery within seven (7) days of notification.

Colder's is not responsible for dye lots, wood grain, finish variations, or differences in shades from those actually delivered by the manufacturer.

Back Orders are defined as the following:

Product that the manufacture does not have in stock. They are either waiting for the product to arrive or to be produced. Product may also be delayed due to availability of fabrics or parts necessary to produce the item(s).

Clearance Merchandise
Merchandise denoted and purchased as Clearance is sold "AS-IS" and cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Natural Markings Stainless steel products contain some stress marks, waves, and small surface scratches. These characteristics are considered part of the natural beauty of stainless steel and are not defects.

Furniture Finishes/Upholstery We do our best to represent items as accurately as possible; however, furniture finishes may appear different on a screen than in your home. Keep in mind that we show pieces in multiple fabrics and finishes in our showrooms and on our website. Fabric and colors may vary. Please visit a Colder's showroom for accurate color and finishes.

In addition, furniture may vary in finish between batches or may slightly fade over time. Due to variations in wood color, grain, and texture, finishes are not guaranteed to be a perfect match.

Fine woods and leather furniture have natural markings such as grain and color variations, as well as pits, scars and distressing. These natural characteristics are distinctive traits and are not defects.

Manufactures of upholstery fabrics do not guarantee their products for colorfastness, fading, wear ability, quality, durability, dye lot variations or adverse reactions to environmental conditions.

Manufacturer Defects/Home Damage All Manufacturer Defect and/or Home Damage must be reported at the time of pick-up or delivery. Any damage not considered a manufacturer defect will be subject to in-home trip charge to inspect.

Accessories To ensure availability, accessories must be taken at time of purchase. Accessories and lamps may be returned in original condition within 48 hours of purchase for reselection only.

Deliveries
Colder's does not currently deliver/ship out of state with the exception of Northern Illinois.

All balances must be paid 48 hours prior to delivery. COD's will Not be delivered.

A scheduled delivery cannot be cancelled without a 48-hour notice. If you are not home for a scheduled delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged.

At the time of your delivery, please inspect your merchandise. Your signature at delivery constitutes that your merchandise was received in satisfactory condition. All cosmetic issues must be noted at this time. After this time all cosmetic issues are the responsibility of the customer.

Colder's will not be responsible for any in-home damage reported after our delivery team leaves the residence. Damage must be reported and noted while our drivers are still at the home.

Non-Deliverable Items Accessories, table pads, mattress protectors, pillows, and water filters must be picked up at the store.

Refunds If Colder's management approves a refund, the following apply:

Checks: Allow 10 business days before your refund check will be available for pick-up.

Cash: A refund check will be issued for any cash transaction.

Checks will be made payable to the name of the individual listed on the customer's receipt. A current, valid Driver's license or State I.D. must be presented by the customer to pick up their refund check.

Credit Card: Credit card account will be credited within seven (7) business days.

Completed services are non-refundable. These services include, but are not limited to attempted delivery fees, completed delivery fees and applied leather and fabric protection.

Returns and CancellationsPlease review your order for accuracy before leaving our store. Your awareness of the following points will helps us process and expedite the pick-up or delivery of your purchase. If you have any additional questions, please contact your sales associate.

  • Special ordered merchandise cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. A 100% non-refundable deposit is required on all special order merchandise.
  • Clearance merchandise is sold "AS-IS" and cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Floor model pricing and 30% or greater discounts are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-cancellable orders. Double Back, Buck and a Half Back, Full Back, and Half-Back orders, whether issue or redemption, are non-cancelable, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-EXCHANGEABLE orders.
  • To ensure availability, accessories must be taken at the time of purchase.
  • Accessories and lamps may be returned in original condition within 48 hours of purchase for reselection only.
  • When your merchandise arrives in our Distribution Center, please arrange a pick-up or schedule a delivery within seven (7) days of notification.
  • Prior to purchase, please ensure that the merchandise you've selected will fit through doorways, and other space-restricted areas (stairways, hallways, and low ceilings) Please measure these areas as well as the room for the merchandise. Failure to deliver due to those circumstances does not reserve the right to cancel the order, or to a refund of the delivery charges.
  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all merchandise that Colder's agrees to accept as a return. Colder's reserves the right to void a return or exchange upon inspection of the merchandise.
  • All product returns can only be approved through the Colder's Customer Solutions Department. All returned merchandise must be in new condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and remote controls.

All Mattress sales are final and cannot be returned.
