The gas rangetop has 6 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 120,000 BTU for simmering, melting chocolate, or cooking sauces. A 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces. The heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel cooking surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean.

The 5.36 cu. ft. electric oven with a total output of 6,300 Watts is encased in a speckled blue enamel interior fitted with a true convection fan, ensures to achieve fast, precision and consistent oven cooking along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window.
