Corner Blocked - All chairs have corner blocks on all four sides - blocks attached with glue and a bolt for a tight joint and added frame strength. Designed and tested to a 450lbs capacity.
Glide - Teflon glides are used on most of our chairs, stools and benches. They are securely nailed to each leg, make moving furniture around on wooden, ceramic, and even carpeted floors easier, and provide excellent protection.
Mortise and Tenon - The strongest and stable joints. No screws are needed, it is assembled with glue.
Construction Features - When it comes to our process, we have it down to a fine art. Always mindful of keeping the natural appearance of our wood, we reinforce boards, sand them down, and then stain and shade them to obtain the desired color tone giving the furniture a one-of-a-kind appearance.
