Nicole in customer solutions was wonderful. I had purchased a sofa through a designer in Dousman, WI and the owner refused to help me out when one of my seat cushion covers split apart. I reached out to the Manufacturer (Mayo Furniture) to see if they would be able to assist in getting a replacement seat cover but was told that their policy is to deal only with an authorized dealer. So... I contacted Colder's to see if they would be able to help. They were very kind and without hesitation said that even though I had not purchased the sofa from them that they would be glad to help me. Nicole went above and beyond and kept in contact with me the entire time. I am happy to say that I now have a new seat cushion for my sofa thanks to Colder's. Because of their fantastic customer service I will definitely be shopping with them for any future purchases.
Kimberly Kleinschmidt Colder's was the only furniture store open to the public during Covid-19 when it first shut down businesses and schools — we had just built a house and needed all new furniture. Michelle Strunsee My wife and I came in on a rainy Sunday with our toddler daughter to look at King size beds. We were met in the lobby by a very polite salesman by the name of Chris Jones. Pointed us in the direction of the bedroom sets but also told us to come find him if we needed help or had questions. Chris helped us find a bedroom set we liked, explained the deals that were in place, and helped us with choosing a mattress too. I was also looking at a particular size of fridge while waiting for paperwork and he answered all my questions about kitchen appliances too. He was very knowledgeable, patient and professional even with our wild and crazy daughter distracting us most of the time.
