We want you sleeping on a mattress you love. When you choose a Scott Living, Comfort Care, or Nectar mattress from Colder’s, you can rest easy knowing that if it’s not the right fit, we’re here to help.
How it Works
Give it Time
Your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress — just like breaking in a new pair of shoes. We ask that you try it for at least 90 nights to allow for a proper adjustment period.
Still Not Comfortable?
If you’re not satisfied after 90 nights and you’re still within 365 days of your purchase, you’re eligible for a one-time comfort exchange.
Reselection Guidelines
- Your mattress must be clean, unstained, and undamaged.
- Mattress must be used on a manufacturer-approved foundation
- A Colder'smattress protector must have been purchased on the same day as the mattress and used at all times
- Mattress must have been delivered by or picked up from Colder’s
- We may request photos of the mattress to verify its condition
Reselection Details
- Available on Scott Living, Comfort Care, and Nectar mattresses
- You may exchange your mattress for a new model of your choice
- If your new selection costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- A 20% restocking fee applies (10% for Gold & Platinum Lifetime Delivery Rewards members)
- A new delivery fee applies for all reselections
- If your new mattress costs less, no refund or credit will be issued
- The exchanged mattress is final sale
- One comfort exchange per mattress purchase
Exclusions
- Mattresses shipped directly from the manufacturer to your home (e.g., some Nectar or Sierra Sleep models)
- Clearance, one-of-a-kind, and final sale mattresses
- Purchases made before March 15, 2025
- Purchases made using in-store promotional credit
- Mattresses showing signs of stains, damage, or unsanitary conditions
Warranty vs. Comfort Exchange
This program is for comfort exchanges only.
If your mattress has a defect, it may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact Colder’s Customer Solutions for assistance.

Eligibility Reminder: This comfort guarantee applies only to Scott Living, Comfort Care, and Nectar mattresses purchased on or after 3/15/2025 from a Colder’s location and either delivered by or picked up from Colder’s. Mattresses that were shipped directly to your home by the manufacturer (such as some Nectar orders sent via UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers) are not eligible.
