Colder's Customer Care technicians have the proper training
to help you with your service needs. We have a few options
available to help you with your service needs.
Colder's warranties all Furniture Purchases
for one year against manufacturer's defects, however
many manufacturers have extended warranties on parts.
Appliance & Electronics are
covered by a manufacturers warranty. Please contact our
customer service department to make arrangements for a
service call.
Colder's also handles out of warranty repairs. We offer
competitive rates with experienced and certified
technicians. Please contact our customer care department
for further assistance
Online Service Request
This is the best time saving option. Fill out the Online
Service Request form. A Colder's service representative
will do the research and contact you, saving the time
of waiting on hold.

The following items are eligible for the
30 Day Hassle Free Exchange Guarantee: laundry,
ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, freezers,
bedroom, dining room, office, dinette and occasional furniture.

$45 Exchange Delivery fee applies.

If the item the customer is exchanging is not
in stock, Colder's may substitute a model as close as
possible, or the customer can wait until the new one is in
stock.

Merchandise designated as Special Order, Factory
Discontinued
and Colder's Discontinued merchandise do not qualify for the Hassle Free
Exchange Guarantee.

This is a one-time only exchange.

Customer damage voids exchange guarantee.
