I would like to take this time to express
my thanks in repairing our Flexsteel sofa in a timely
fashion. Thank you also for sending Frank to make the
repairs. Frank was very professional and courteous and
it's obvious he takes great pride in his work. His
repairs were done so well that I can't even see the
damaged areas! Again, thanks so much and

I would like to compliment you and your
company for the fine service we received when we bought
our granddaughters two new bedroom sets. We had them
delivered last week and the two gentlemen should receive
a pat on the back. I have never encountered such nice
and respectable guys. One's name was Margarito and the
other Joe. They delivered both sets with respect for the
furniture and also for the house. They set everything
up, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite to
my husband and myself. People complain about the young
people in today's society, but I only have to say if
they were all like these two we would have a better
world. They know how to show respect to their job and
the company they work for and the people they come in
contact with. Thank you for the great service these two
men provide.

My husband and I purchased a television
and stand at your at your Oak Creek location on
Saturday, February 13, 2010. Our sales person was Jon. I
just wanted to let you know how helpful and courteous
Jon was. He was able to answer all of our questions and
his pleasant demeanor made our shopping experience a
very good one. We did visit [competitor 1] and
[competitor 2] after our initial visit. The sales
persons at those stores were less than stellar. The
person we spoke to at [competitor 1] was more interested
in pushing a Bose sound system and other non-essentials
rather than what we walked in the store to buy. The
customer service at [competitor 2] was virtually
non-existent. Because of the courtesy extended to us and
his knowledge of the product, we decided to come back to
Colder's and give Jon our business. Thank you.

We want you to know what excellent help
we had from your associate, Jared. We stopped in your
store on Friday evening in search of a pair of
loveseats. Jared listened to our needs, showed us
several options that would work for our situation and
then patiently helped us come to conclusion on the
appropriate fabric for both loveseats and pillows. His
sales manner was courteous and polite. He did not take
our time discussing information not associated with our
sale and he gave us space when we needed time to think.
You are lucky to have a professional like Jared on your
staff.

most helpful and friendly. A rare combination these
days. Please be aware of what a valuable employee you

My daughter and I stopped in several
times to look at home theater seating and had the
pleasure of working with Gerry. He helped us select two
Southern Motion reclining theater chairs which wasn't an
easy job, as my daughter and I make a VERY
discriminating team! Gerry was kind, patient and helpful
and real. With additional help from Jared, we also
purchased a 46" Samsung LCD television and an Onkyo home
theater system. Jared really knew what he was talking
about! The Onkyo system wasn't even on my shopping list
until I worked with Jarred. Later, we encountered a
problem with a missing component and Jared really went
the extra mile to make it right. His integrity is to be
commended.
Both of these men were a pleasure to work
with and I'm so glad I decided to shop at Colder's for
all of my home theater needs. The Colder's in Grafton
will always be one of my first stops when I'm shopping
for furniture or appliances.

We went to Colder's in Grafton, WI
tonight about an hour and a half before closing. We were
looking for some new furniture for our living rooms and
dining room, but were not ready to buy. We had a nice
lady named Ethel introduce herself to us after we walked
in. She was perfection in sales. She kept stopping over
but did not follow us around and answered all of my
questions with only a few helpful additional comments.
She followed us upstairs to keep us company and to be
helpful but not at all like a stalker. Instead, when
were ready to leave, she said, I hope you found some
ideas and thanks for stopping by. She did not force us
to tell her that we liked something or that we were
coming back and she did not make us feel like we wasted
her time. We will be back. Not only because of her, but
also because of how the prices (even floor pieces) were
listed clearly and explained well what was included in
the price.

My husband and I recently purchased some
furniture from your store and I wanted to tell what a
pleasant experience we have had with the whole process.
Sean helped us and he was one of the most energetic and
professional people we have dealt with in many years. He
really made our furniture shopping fun and painless. He
was not pushy and didn't "follow" us constantly. So many
times that happens at stores and nothing is a more sure
fire to send potential customers running out the door.
We started off with living room furniture and I ended up
coming back two days later, because (of) our
refrigerator. So I got a new one along with a recliner
and table. The Full Back sale is a great deal,
especially in these hard times. Everything we were told
happened. From the phone call one hour prior to
delivery, to the furniture being ready in two weeks. The
delivery men that came were very cordial and
professional as well. They delivered it, put it where I
wanted, assembled the legs and removed all garbage as
well. Another thing that I am not accustomed to.
Delivery in the past from others was never on time, and
was more like a drop and run process. I wanted to tell
you something good about your store and employees that
you have working for you. Too many times we complain,
but don't compliment. I work with clients everyday, thus
understanding the importance of customer service. Thanks
to your store and Sean for giving us that!

I recently purchased a bedroom set from
the Colder's store located on 13th street. After I
picked it up from that location, I took it home and
opened all of the boxes. Everything was in good
condition but the mirror. The actual mirror was
scratched, the frame was scratched and the mirror was
nearly completely detached from the frame (the staples
came loose that were holding the mirror together). I was
quite disappointed but understand that these things
happen. I went back to Colder's a few days later
wondering what the service department was going to do
about the mirror. I though it was possible that they
were going to say that I would have to purchase a new
one. I guess I was hoping for the best. I spoke to a
lady at the customer service area (Dona) who was
extremely accommodating. She explained my situation to
someone else on the phone and even let me speak to the
customer care representative on the phone. I was
expecting to be questioned thoroughly as to whether I
broke the mirror, but there was none of that. We simply
set up a time for a customer care rep to take a look at
the mirror. I was very impressed that they sent someone
out to my house. It was very helpful. They sent out a
technician (Nate) who was very courteous. He attempted
to take the scratch out using different kinds of
products, but was unsuccessful. He tried everything that
he could but decided that new parts would be the best
bet. Nate did a great job and was very professional. I
then received a phone call form Rose at the West Allis
center. She stated that I could pick up my new mirror at
my convenience. I now had a perfectly good mirror
sitting in my bedroom. The professionalism, care, and
accommodations that I received from Colder's was very
impressive. Even though I had a problem with one of your
products, the staff remedied the problem very
efficiently with very little effort required of
myself. The three people mentioned above made my
experience (what could have been a very unpleasant
experience) very good.

I am writing this letter to let you know
that you have a great service man. His name is Mike. He
helped us repair our ice maker and our new Frigidaire
refrigerator. Mike was very patient and reassured us
that he could make us happy. It took three ice makers
and other tests to get it right. Mike must have been
here several times trying to figure out; how to resolve
our problem. He contacted the Frigidaire company looking
for answers. My wife at first wanted to return the
appliance back to Colder's. Mike reassured us that he
could fix the problem, and returning it would not be
necessary. Mike fixed the problem, he made us happy
because of your service department staff we will always
buy our appliances from Colder's.
