YOUR AWARNESS OF THE FOLLOWING POINTS WILL HELP US
PROCESS AND EXPEDITE THE PICK-UP OR DELIVERY OF YOUR
MERCHANDISE. IF YOU HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS CONTACT
YOUR SALES ASSOCIATE.
- All financed orders require a minimum deposit to
cover services and applicable taxes and are subject
to credit approval prior to processing. All financial
paperwork must be completed and signed by the customer
48 hours before the delivery date.
- Special order merchandise cannot be returned, exchanged
or cancelled once the order has been placed with the
manufacturer. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required
on all special order merchandise.
- Merchandise purchased from our Clearance Center
is sold “as-is” and cannot be cancelled
or returned.
- Stainless steel products contain some stress marks,
waves, and small surface scratches. These characteristics
are considered part of the natural beauty of stainless
steel and are not defects.
- Fine woods and leather furniture have natural markings
such as grain and color variations, as well as pits,
scars and distressing. These natural characteristics
are distinctive traits and are not defects.
- Fabric protection, leather care, wood protection,
table pads, and mattress pads are available to give
you peace of mind about your new purchase. Service
plans are also available for all appliance and electronic
purchases.
- To ensure availability, accessories must be taken
at time of purchase.
- A home, work and or cellular telephone number is
required so we may update you regarding your purchase.
- Accessories and lamps may be returned in original
condition within 48 hours of purchase for reselection
only.
- Please review your order for accuracy before leaving
our store.
- When your merchandise arrives in our Distribution
Center, please arrange a pick up or schedule a delivery
within 7 days of notification.
- Prior to delivery insure that your purchase will
fit through doorways and other space restricted areas
(stairways, hallways and low ceilings). Failure to
deliver due to these circumstances does not reserve
the right to cancel the order, or to a refund of the
delivery charge.
- Completed services are non-refundable. These services
include, but are not limited to attempted delivery
fees, completed delivery fees and applied leather
and fabric protection.
- All cosmetic defects must be reported to Colder’s
Customer Care Department within 48 hours of pick-up
or delivery.
- There will be a 30% restocking fee for all merchandise
that Colder’s agrees to accept as a return.
Colder’s reserves the right to void a return
or exchange upon inspection of merchandise.
- All product returns can only be approved through
the Colder’s Customer Care Department.
- All returned merchandise must be in new condition,
including all original packaging, accessories, manuals,
and remote controls.
- In the event that product does not meet your expectations,
please call Customer Care

evaluate the product and offer solutions.
DELIVERY GUIDELINES FOR COLDER’S FURNITURE,
APPLIANCES, AND ELECTRONICS
- No COD’s. All balances must be paid 48 hours
prior to delivery.
- You can obtain your approximate 3 hour delivery
time frame by calling our Customer Care Department
at (414)-476-3610.
- If your delivery is on Monday: Please call Monday
after 8:00 am
If your delivery is Tuesday thru Sunday: Please call
after noon the day prior
- Prepare to receive your new merchandise by clearing
your hallways of any obstructions (ie: furniture,
wall hangings). Due to our insurance restrictions,
we are unable to move customer’s existing furniture.
- A scheduled delivery cannot be cancelled without
a 48-hour notice. If you are not home for a scheduled
delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
- You will receive a call from our Customer Care
Center after your delivery has been completed in order
to insure your satisfactions.
SPECIFIC APPLIANCE AND ELECTRONIC GUIDELINES
- AUTOMATIC WASHERS – Colder’s will unpack,
level and connect to hot and cold water faucet if
within reach of 4 foot hoses provided by the manufacturer.
Drain hook up to laundry tub or stand pipe 36”
off the floor plug electrical cord into outlet within
reach of machine. We will perform a short cycle wash
to insure proper working order. Old washer must be
drained. To avoid damage to plumbing if existing hoses
are rusted or limed, customer will be responsible
for removal.
- ELECTRIC DRYERS OR RANGES – Dryer –
Unpack, level and plug new Colder’s electric
30 amp cord into outlet within reach of machine. We
will perform a short run and check for proper working
order. Hook-up only to rigid existing metal venting.
Colder’s will not hook up dryer to plastic ribbed
venting. Range – Unpack, level and plug in new
Colder’s electric 40 amp cord into outlet within
reach of unit.
- GAS DRYERS OR RANGES – Unpack, level and
connect Colder’s gas flex-line to an existing
gas shut-off valve within reach of unit. Gas shut-off
valve must be above floor and within 36” of
gas range or dryer. Colder’s delivery personnel
will not hook-up appliances to copper gas tubing.
Hook-up only to rigid existing metal venting. Colder’s
will not hook up dryer to plastic ribbed venting.
- REFRIGERATORS – Unpack, level and plug unit
into 3 prong outlet where provided. Will switch door
swing to desired side if requested 48 hours prior
to delivery date. Waterlines will only be hooked up
if already existing and are copper. Plastic waterlines
will not be hooked up to new refrigerators.
- TELEVISIONS – Place set where desired, plug
in and attach to available signal. Extra hook-ups
are the customer’s responsibility (VCR’s,
DVD players, Stereos, etc). Delivery personnel cannot
place old television sets outside due to potential
safety hazard. Customer is responsible for the assembly
of all boxed television stands.
- ALL OTHER APPLIANCES – Unpack and set in
place. Electrical cords plugged into outlets where
provided. Oversized commercial type product that requires
more than 2 people to delivery is excluded. This service
may be available at an additional charge.
- OLD APPLIANCES - Can be moved on premises (another
room, garage, porch, yard, ect.) for a $25.99
service charge (per piece). If you need them hauled away there
will be $25.99 charge per piece. Must be in sanitary condition. Remaining water
must be drained.
- BUILT IN PRODUCTS – Will be dropped off in
the box only. Colder’s will provide customers
with available outside installers who can set up installation
of products at an extra charge.
